Instructions
- Read through this document
- Prepare questions you have in advance.
- Submissions are made through Snapbrillia (contact [email protected] if you have questions about how to submit your work).
- The deadline to submit is 12.00 UTC, October 10th. We aim to make the shortlisting decision by October 11th. The decision will be made based on the deliverable (clearly written, well-documented, in accordance with our design, if you’ve done any extras). We will reach out for an intro meeting if you are shortlisted!
General Description
- To see images, please use the black triangle as it will trigger the drop-down!
- Language/set-up: ReactJS or NextJS. Most of the backend will be blockchain. Non-blockchain elements will be in Node (though we are happy to consider NextJS too) but this gig does not require you to do the backend although there will be some minimal elements of this later.
- The instructions below will differ from what you will see in the Figma design. In our Figma, you can see the design of both websites, mobile app, and donation dApp. This Gig is for the donation dApp MVP (browser only). Not the full design and NOT the website or mobile version of the website!
- The Gig is about delivering what we are outlining in the instructions below. However, our decision ultimately boils down to rewarding the person who gives us most of the value for our money. This competition is an opportunity for you to showcase your skills. Hence, we have added a bonus section to give you an idea of what type of things you could do if you are willing to invest more time into your competition submission.
- Our goal is high degrees of modularity so that it is easy to later implement A/B testing on each of the different pages and components. Bonus if you can keep this in mind!
- We will be available for around 30 minutes for calls per team/submission. After the first call you may communicate with me through Slack for quick questions. This is to allow you to get some input on the work you’ve done so far but it is not mandatory.
- This competition/gig is primarily aimed at finding someone to work with us for our front-end needs. Our hope is to continue to work with the winner of this competition based on the work submitted.
- We are an open-source project so all the work will be shared publicly and you’ll be able to see who we chose to work with after submission!
- It is important that you use the Artboard found below. Inside the Figma, you can also find buttons and arrows that we want to use. You may need to send me your email so I can share access.
