Our EmpowerHer Access Scholarship Pool is dedicated to empowering high-potential female high school graduates from under-resourced areas in Ethiopia. Our mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive space where girls can access the resources and support they need to study at our DirectEd web development boot camp. This program provides quality tech education, internships in programming, soft skills training, and entrepreneurship. Of all the students who applied to become access scholars, 28.57% are girls.
