We are now looking for an outstanding local champion, leader and connector to fill the role as our Egypt Lead. You are a natural-born leader, eager to creatively solve problems that block us from achieving our objectives. You have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

You should be creative, flexible and a fast learner who can take feedback and a problem-solver who is undaunted by challenges, complexity and cultural diversity. You get things done, are likeable, and reliable with a strong moral compass and integrity. Most importantly, you want to want to help your country and unlock opportunities to catalyse economic development through technical training. You should have a very strong existing network with ties to leading high schools or universities.

Our diverse multi-national team boasts a breadth of talent. Moses Kahure and Fasika Belay are YALI alumni. Moses started a Medical Centre for his home village and Fasika is currently completing a PhD at Addis Ababa university. Our CEO completed a master’s in economics at the University of Oxford, and many of our contributors and guest lecturers hold advanced degrees from Oxford and have worked at work-leading companies and institutions including the likes of Google, NASA and Goldman Sachs.
