Eligibility
- You must register to participate on apply.africanblockchamp.com
- Based in Africa
- Code must be your own
- Must be built sometime since the announcement of the Bounty Prizes (April 1).
Submission Requirements
- Ensure that your submission aligns with one of the sponsor’s bounty prizes.
- Only submit to ONE of the Bounty Prizes Database. It is very hard to do one thing well. Don’t spread yourself thin. You will end up with nothing.
- Submit only ONE final entry per team.
- We want to see regular commitments so we can see that you built this iteratively over time. Not just a single large commitment (=as that means you just copy-pasted existing code).
- Submissions must include:
- Public GitHub repository so we can inspect your code.
- A live deployed link. We understand that this might be challenging to reach. If you come early enough, our technical advisors and mentors may be able to help.
- Slide deck that presents (1) the Problem you are solving (quantified if you can), (2) How Your Solution Directly Addresses the Problem (3) How you are addressing the Sponsor Bounty’s specific criteria as listed Bounty Prizes Database
- 4-minute video recording that presents both the slide deck and the final product. We recommend that you use https://loom.com/. Note: You will need to prepare a script that you talk over and/or make many attempts to record. You should also use the “pause” button.
