Objectives of this Role

• Assist students in successfully passing the milestones of the DirectEd MERN Bootcamp

Responsibilities

• Organise in-person and online tutoring sessions, including pricing and other details such as location and time.
• Content Delivery**:**
  • introductory sections and other Instructions.
• Providing students with guidance and support as they continue studying:
  • Assisting students in debugging their code.
  • Providing students with references and ideas.
  • Hold Q&A sessions with students on topics covered.
  • Provide solutions to class Exercises along with detailed explanations.
• Student’s performance feedback:
  • Providing students with immediate feedback on their performance.
  • Providing students with constructive criticism.
• Reporting on the progress of the students as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hard Skills

• Full stack web development experience using MERN Stack.
• Strong knowledge of Javascript.
• Familiar with version control systems such as GIT
• A strong understanding of Software development methodologies and Programming paradigms.

Soft skills

• Very strong work ethic
• Outsized ambition
